摘要
文章针对传统动态多指标决策模型未能充分挖掘决策数据蕴含的有效信息问题,建立了三维评价信息的表征方法,提出了基于"新信息优先"原则和决策数据"波动"特征的时点权重确定方法,采用三维信息动态集结技术,构建了集结三维信息集结的灰色动态多指标综合评价模型,并将该模型应用于区域交通运输业综合发展水平评价中,通过应用检验模型的有效性,这种方法充分挖掘了决策数据蕴含的有效信息,能够体现被评价对象的内在属性,为开展动态多指标综合评价提供了方法支撑。
To solve the problem that the traditional dynamic multi-index decision-making model can not fully mine the ef-fective information contained in the decision data,this paper establishes the characterization method of three-dimensional(3 D)evaluation information,proposes a time point weighted determination method based on the principle of "new information priority" and the characteristic of "fluctuation" of decision data,and then adopts 3 D information dynamic aggregation technique to con-struct a grey dynamic multi-index comprehensive evaluation model for 3 D information aggregation.Finally the paper applies themodel to the evaluation of the comprehensive development level of regional transportation industry to test the validity of the modelin practice.This method fully exploits the effective information contained in the decision data and can reflect the intrinsic attri-butes of the object being evaluated,thus providing a methodological support for dynamic multi-index comprehensive evaluation.
