替代抑或互补:社会养老与家庭养老协同性研究

Replacement or Complementation:Study on Coordination Between Social Pension and Family Pension

文章基于中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查（CLHLS）数据,从生活照料、精神慰藉与经济供养三个维度出发,运用Logit模型和OLS模型剖析社会养老对家庭养老的影响及其不同健康状况老人群体间的差异。研究发现,第一,在生活照料和精神慰藉方面,社会养老在一定程度上替代了家庭养老,但是社会养老对代际经济支持的影响并不显著。第二,社会养老通过老人实际居住安排的调节效应对生活照料起到一定的负向调节作用。第三,社会养老对家庭养老的影响存在明显的健康差异。社会养老只对健康评级为＂I＂或＂II＂农村老人的生活照料和精神慰藉影响显著。此外,居住安排也只强化了健康评级为＂I＂和＂III＂老人生活照料的负向调节作用。

Based on the data of Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey（CLHLS）,this paper starts from three dimensions of daily care,spiritual consolation and financial support,and uses Logit model and the OLS model to analyze the impact of social pension on family pension and the differences among elderly people with different health statuses.The research results show that,first of all,to some degree,social pension replaces family pension on the aspects of daily care and spiritual consolation,while the effect of social pension on intergenerational financial support is not significant;Secondly,social pension plays a negative role in the life care through the adjustment effect of the actual living arrangement of the elderly;Thirdly,there are significant health disparities between the relationship of social pension and family pension;Social care only has a significant impact on the daily care and spiritual consolation of rural elderly with a health rating of ＂I＂ or ＂II＂.In addition,the residential arrangement only strengthens the negative regulation effect of the daily care of the elderly with health rating of ＂I＂ and ＂III＂.
