奥美拉唑治疗胃十二指肠溃疡并出血疗效观察

Effi cacy of Omeprazole in the Treatment of Gastroduodenal Ulcer and Bleeding

目的:采用奥美拉唑治疗胃十二指肠溃疡并出血症,观察治疗的疗效来探讨安全性和治疗效果。方法:选取茂名市人民医院收治的符合实验标准的胃十二指肠溃疡并出血症患者:2012年45例,2013年55例,2014年50例。采用随机分配法分配为观察A组、观察B组和对照组,每组50例,对照组采用西咪替丁注射液0.4 g加入0.9%氯化钠注射液100 mL静脉滴注;观察A组注射用奥美拉唑注射液(40 mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液100 mL)静脉滴注,观察B组在此基础上,治疗期间采取禁食治疗。三组均为每日治疗2次,连续治疗72 h后,进行康复追踪,观察三组临床疗效及其他不良反应。结果:三组的患者情况均有明显改善,观察组优于对照组,观察B组效果好于观察A组,三组均无不良反应,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:奥美拉唑治疗胃十二指肠溃疡并出血的疗效好于西咪替丁,采用禁食治疗效果更好。

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of omeprazole in the treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer and bleeding. Methods Selecting patients with gastroduodenal ulcer and bleeding who met the experimental standard admitted to Maoming people＇s hospital： 45 cases in 2012, 55 cases in 2013 and 50 cases in 2014. A randomized allocation of experimental group A, experimental group B and control group, 50 in each group, the control group with cimetidine injection 0.4 g saline 100 mL intravenous infusion; experimental group A omeprazole for injection Injection（40 mg added 0.9 % saline 100 mL） intravenous infusion, the experimental group B on this basis, the treatment of fasting treatment. Three groups were twice daily, continuous treatment of 72 h, rehabilitation tracking, observation of three groups of clinical effi cacy and other adverse reactions. Results The patients in the three groups were signifi cantly improved. The observation group was superior to the control group. The effect of group B was better than that of group A. There were no adverse reactions in the three groups. The difference was statistically signifi cant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effi cacy of omeprazole in the treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer and bleeding is better than that of cimetidine, and fasting treatment is better.
