在对高校党建工作进行深入调查,分析党建工作存在的不足的基础上,提出优化高校学生公寓党建工作模式,完善高校学生公寓党建工作保障机制,建立适应高校学生公寓党建工作的党员教育和培养模式,加强学习型宿舍的建设。培养学生树立正确的"三观",塑造良好的人格品质。
