高校学风问题主要表现为学习意愿的缺失、学习秩序的混乱以及学习能力的不济,在分析影响高校学风外生与内生因素的基础上,从环境、主体、制度三个层面加以路径探析。通过环境的形塑与感染、主体的引导与互动、制度的约束与保障,全员参与,多方协作,形成合力,激发学习意愿,整肃学习秩序,提升学习能力。

The problems of study style in colleges and universities are mainly shown as the lack of learning willingness, the chaos of learning order and the insufficiency of learning ability. On the basis of analyzing the external and internal factors influencing the study style in colleges and universities, this paper explores the effective construction path from perspectives of environment, subject and system. Through the formation and infection of the environment, the guidance and interaction of the subject, and the restriction and guarantee of the system, all members are needed to participate and cooperate with each other so as to inspire the learning willingness, rectify the learning order and improve the learning ability.
