摘要
实现"中国制造2025"需要大量高职跨境电商创新型人才。为培养契合"中国制造2025"需求的高职跨境电商创新型人才,分析跨境电商人才的特征以及"中国制造2025"带来的新机遇与新挑战,提出"一定位、二融合、三结合"的人才培养模式。
Achieving "Made in China 2025" requires a large number of innovative talents of cross border e-commerce in higher vocational colleges. In order to cultivate innovative talents of cross border e-commerce that meet the needs of "Made in China 2025", by analyzing the characteristics of the talents, and the new opportunities and challenges from "Made in China 2025",this paper suggests a training mode of "one orientation, two mixes, three combinations".
