摘要
工匠精神是中国古代科技领先世界的一种文化自觉,也是世界各国推动制造业发展的内生动力。基于历史比照和现实观照,考量职业教育发展的转轨,"中国制造2025"为我国职业教育的工匠型人才培养提出了新要求。面对新时代,应对新变化,呼唤高职院校从价值复归、目标导向、师资支撑、课程转轨、氛围营造和体制驱动等方面做有益尝试,实现工匠精神培育与职业教育的有机融合,走内涵式集约发展的道路。
The spirit of craftsman is a kind of cultural consciousness that ancient China leads the world in science and technology, as well as an internal driving force for the development of manufacturing industry in the world under modern manufacturing civilization. Based on historical comparison and realistic observation, considering the transition of the development of career education, " Made in China 2025" has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of craftsman talents of career education in China. In the face of the new era and the new changes, it calls for higher vocational colleges to make beneficial attempts from the aspects of value return, goal orientation, teacher support, curriculum transition, atmosphere construction and system driving to realize the organic integration of craftsman spirit cultivation and career education and create a new way of intensive development with connotation.
