优秀期刊的发展离不开优秀期刊人才队伍的支撑,研究分析了新时代我国科技期刊人才队伍素养建设和发展的新要求和传统学术期刊编辑人才队伍素养建设所面临的不足,结合期刊社实际,从用人观念、队伍培养、发展平台、考核激励等方面探讨科技期刊编辑人才队伍素养建设与发展的有效路径,为新时代科技期刊人才队伍建设工作及科技期刊的可持续发展提供借鉴。

The development of excellent periodicals cannot be separated from the support of qualified journal team talents. This paper mainly makes a study and analysis on the new requirements and shortcomings confronted in the course of journal team talents construction and development, under current new era Chinese characteristics socialism. Based on the actual situation of journals, this paper explores the effective path of literacy construction and development of sci-tech journal editorial talents from the aspects of employment concept, team training, and development platform and assessment incentives. This paper provides reference for the construction of talents in sci-tech journals and the sustainable development of sci-tech journals under the new era.
