高效液相色谱-多波长荧光检测法同时检测多维生素片中维生素A和维生素E的含量 被引量:5

Determination of Vitamin A and Vitamin E in Multi-vitamin Health Products by HPLC with Multi-wavelength Fluorescence Detector

摘要 目的建立高效液相色谱-多波长荧光法同时快速检测多维生素保健品中维生素A和维生素E的含量方法。方法采用WATERS SUNFIRE-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱进行分离,甲醇与水梯度洗脱,控制柱温30℃,荧光检测器定量检测。结果维生素A和维生素E在质量浓度为0.3~30μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(R2>0.995);检测限:维生素A为0.08μg/ml、维生素E为0.10μg/ml;维生素A和维生素E 3个浓度点回收率均在91.4%~104.2%;维生素A和维生素E方法重复性(n=6)分别为2.32%和3.11%。结论此法简单、可靠、准确,可用于多维生素保健品中维生素A和维生素E含量的测定。 Objective To establish an HPLC method with multi-wavelength fluorescence detector for determination of vitamin A and vitamin E in multi-vitamin health products. Methods WATERS SUNFIRE-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was selected for separation, with methanol-water solution as gradient elution system. The column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃, and the multi-wavelength fluorescence detector was selected for quantitative detection. Results Vitamin A and vitamin E showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.3-30 μg/ml (R^2〉0.995). The detection limits of vitamin A and vitamin E were 0.08 μg/ml and 0.10 μg/ml, respectively. The average recoveries at 3 concentration levels was 91.4 %-104.2 %. The repeatability (n=6) of vitamin A and vitamin E were 2.32 % and 3.11 %, respectively. Conclution The method is simple, reliable and accurate for the determination of vitamin A and vitamin D in multi-vitamin health products.
