摘要 目的研究酸左旋咪唑对免疫功能低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法采用环磷酰胺制备免疫功能低下小鼠模型,分别给予5,10,15 mg/kg盐酸左旋咪唑治疗15 d,以血清Ig G含量、胸腺和脾脏指数、单核巨噬细胞吞噬能力、迟发型超敏反应OD值及血清溶血素OD值为考察指标,同时采用胸腺肽为阳性对照,全面考察盐酸左旋咪唑对免疫功能低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果模型组血清IgG含量、胸腺和脾脏指数及K值和α值降低(P<0.05),胸腺肽组及盐酸左旋咪唑5,10,15 mg/kg组各指标均提高(P<0.05)。模型组迟发型超敏反应OD值和血清溶血素OD值降低(P<0.05),胸腺肽组及盐酸左旋咪唑5,10,15 mg/kg组各指标均提高(P<0.05)。结论盐酸左旋咪唑可提高免疫低下小鼠的免疫能力。 Objective To investigate the effects of levamisole hydrochloride on immune function of immunocompromised model mice. Methods Immunocompromised model in mice was prepared with cyclophosphamide, then the mice were treated with levamisole hydrochloride (5, 10, 15 mg/kg) for 15 days. Serum IgG, thymus and spleen indexes, phagocytic abilities of mononuclear macrophages, OD values of delayed type hypersensitivity and serum hemolysin were taken as indicators of evaluation, and thymosin was used as positive control to investigate the effect of levamisole hydrochloride on the immune function of immunocompromised mice. Results The serum IgG, thymus and spleen index, and K and α value of the model group decreased (P〈0.05), while the indexes of the thymosin group and the levamisole hydrochloride (5, 10, 15 mg/kg) treated group increased (P〈0.05). The OD values of delayed type hypersensitivity and serum hemolysin of the model group decreased (P〈0.05), while the indexes of the thymosin group and the levamisole hydrochloride (5, 10, 15 mg/kg) treated group increased (P〈0.05). Conclusion Levamisole hydrochloride can improve the immune function of immunocompromised mice.
