富血小板血浆结合自体脂肪移植在面部凹陷填充中的应用及安全性分析

Application and safety analysis of platelet rich plasma combined with autologous fat transplantation in facial depressed padding

目的旨在探讨富血小板血浆结合自体脂肪移植在面部凹陷填充中的临床应用效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析2016年4月?2017年8月间笔者所在医院收治的40例采用富血小板血浆(PRP)结合自体脂肪移植治疗面部凹陷患者为研究资料,分析临床填充效果以及术后并发症发生情况。结果12个月随访时,40例面部凹陷患者临床疗效为100.0%;均对手术的外观效果感到满意,仅有1例感觉笑容不自然;40例患者均未现感染、脂肪液化、结节、血肿等并发症。40例患者面部轮郭均保持自然、协调。结论采用PRP结合自体脂肪移植治疗面部凹陷具有良好的临床效果,且具有操作简单、患者痛苦少、安全性及满意度高等优势,故具良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of platelet-rich plasma combined with autologous fat transplantation in facial depression flling, so as to provide more references for enriching clinical treatment of facial depression flling. Methods 40 patients with facial depression treated by platelet-rich plasma （PRP） combined with autologous fat transplantation in our hospital from April 2016 to August 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical flling effect and complications were analyzed. Results During 12-month follow-up, the clinical effcacy of 40 patients with facial depression was 100.0%. All patients were satisfed with the appearance of surgery, only one patient felt unnatural smile. In addition, 40 patients had no complications such as infection, fat liquefaction, nodules, hematoma and so on. The facial ring of 40 patients remained natural and coordinated. Conclusion PRP combined with autologous fat transplantation has good clinical effect in the treatment of facial depression, and has the advantages of simple operation, less pain, high safety and satisfaction, so it has good clinical application value.
