重组人表皮生长因子与红外线照射对儿童颌面部伤口愈合的疗效比较 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨重组人表皮生长因子与红外线照射对儿童颌面部伤口愈合的疗效。方法将在我院诊治的儿童颌面部外伤患儿90例,按照随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,对照组接受红外线照射,观察组接受重组人表皮生长因子治疗,观察两组创面愈合时间、疼痛程度及术后瘢痕增生情况。结果观察组创面愈合时间、VAS评分明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组VSS评分、OSAS评分及PSAS评分明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组均未见明显的治疗不良反应。结论重组人表皮生长因子治疗儿童颌面部伤口愈合时间短,疼痛轻,瘢痕形成少,疗效优于红外线照射,推荐应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor and infrared radiation on children maxillofacial wound healing. Methods 90 children with facial trauma in our hospital were randomly divided into twogroups: the observation group and the control group. The control group received infrared radiation, the observation group received recombinant human epidermal growth factor,and the wound healing time of the two groups was observed. Degree of pain and scar hyperplasia after operation. Results The wound healing time and VAS score in the observation group were signifcantly better than those in the control group (P 〈0.05). The scores of VSS, OSAS and PSAS in the observation group were signifcantly lower than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05) .No signifcant adverse effects were observed in both groups. Conclusion Recombinant human epidermal growth factor is superior to infrared radiation in the treatment of children maxillofacial wounds with shorter healing time,less pain and less scar formation.
