手术切除联合电子射线照射在瘢痕疙瘩治疗中的应用

Application of surgical resection combined with electron beam irradiation in keloid treatment

目的探讨手术切除联合电子射线照射在瘢痕疙瘩治疗中的疗效。方法选取厦门大学附属第一医院整形美容烧伤科2016年1月到2017年6月收治的32例瘢痕疙瘩患者,根据部位及大小不同,采取不同手术方式切除,术后24小时内予以放疗。结果所有患者术后切口均一期愈合,术后随访1年,25例患者治愈,3例较前明显好转,4例复发。结论手术切除联合术后24小时内放疗是治疗瘢痕疙瘩的有效手段之一,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effcacy of surgical resection combined with electron beam irradiation in the treatment of keloid. Methods Thirty-two patients with keloids who were admitted to the Department of Plastic Surgery, First Affliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2016 to June 2017 were treated with different surgical methods according to their location and size. Radiotherapy was given within 24 hours after surgery. Results All the patients underwent frst-stage incision. The patients were followed up for 1 year, 25 patients were cured, 3 patients improved signifcantly, and 4 patients relapsed. Conclusion Surgical resection combined with radiotherapy within 24 hours after operation is one of the effective methods for the treatment of keloid, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
