精细化护理联合以家庭为中心的护理模式对小耳畸形整形术患儿应用价值

Application of meticulous nursing combined with family centered nursing mode in children with microtia

目的探讨精细化护理联合以家庭为中心的护理模式对小耳畸形整形术患儿应用价值。方法选取50例于2015年1月至2018年1月来我院就诊的小耳畸形患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组各25例。对照组患儿给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予精细化护理联合以家庭为中心护理干预,对比两组的护理不良反应的发生率、患儿干预后的自信心以及护理满意度。结果治疗后观察组的不良反应发生率(4%)低于对照组(16%)(P <0.05)。治疗后观察组的自信心评分显著提高且优于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组的护理满意度(92%)高于对照组(72%)(P <0.05)。结论对小耳畸形整形术患儿应用精细化护理联合以家庭为中心的护理模式可减低不良反应的发生率,提高患儿的自信心及对护理的满意度,疗效显著。

Objective To explore the application value of fne nursing combined with family-centered nursing mode in children undergoing microtia plastic surgery. Methods Fifty children with microtia who came to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The children in the control group were given routine nursing intervention. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was given fine care combined with family centered nursing intervention. The incidence of adverse nursing reactions in the two groups, the self-confdence of the prognosis of the children and the satisfaction of nursing were compared.Results After treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group （12%） was lower than that in the control group （60） （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the self-confdence score of the observation group was signifcantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group （92%） was higher than that of the control group （72） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of fne care and family centered nursing care in children with small ear malformation can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve the confdence and satisfaction of the children, and the curative effect is signifcant.
