强脉冲光治疗痤疮后凹陷性瘢痕的护理要点

The nursing points of strong pulse light in the treatment of sunken scar after acne

目的观察强脉冲光治疗痤疮后凹陷性瘢痕的有效护理措施及效果。方法以2017年3月-2018年5月本院接诊且行强脉冲光治疗的痤疮后凹陷性瘢痕病患43例为研究对象,予以所有病患针对性护理。分析患者干预后生活质量的改善情况,评估患者对护理服务的满意度程度。结果本组干预后的SF-36评分比干预前高,组间差异显著(P <0.05)。本组的护理满意度为95.35%。结论于痤疮后凹陷性瘢痕病患接受强脉冲光治疗期间,对其施以针对性护理,可显著改善患者的生活质量,提高护理满意度,建议推广。

Objective To observe the effective nursing measures and effects of intense pulse light in the treatment of acne scars with depression. Methods A total of 43 cases of patients with post-acneic scar who were treated with intense pulsed light in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2018 were studied, and all patients were given targeted nursing care. To analyze the improvement of patients＇ life quality after intervention and evaluate patients＇ satisfaction degree of nursing service. Results The SF-36 score of this group after intervention was higher than that before intervention, and the difference between the groups was signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction in this group was 95.35%. Conclusion After the acne pitting scar patients during the period of intense pulsed light therapy, imposing targeted nursing, can signifcantly improve the patient＇s quality of life, improve nursing satisfaction, recommended.
