摘要
目的观察3种不同取皮微柱直径的取皮器作用于供皮区的瘢痕愈合情况。方法制作3种不同规格取皮器,取皮微柱直径别为1000μm、750μm、500μm,在5只新西兰大白兔背上画定的实验区域取皮,观察取皮后1,2,4,8,12周5个时间点供皮区瘢痕愈合情况。结果取皮后第1,2,4,8,12周5个时间点,3组取皮器作用于实验区域,通过肉眼观察,温哥华瘢痕量表评估为0分,显微镜下病理组织学观察,未见明显瘢痕组织。结论微创取皮作用于供皮区实现无瘢痕愈合在临床上特别是对于目前热议之无瘢痕观念有一定的实践意义。
Objective To observe the situation of scar healing on the donor site by peeling devices with three different kinds of microcolumn diameter. Methods Make different kinds of peeling devices with microcolumn diameter(1000μm、750μm、500μm) in the experimental areas designed on the back of fve New Zealand white rabbits, and then observe the situation of the scars healing on the donor site within the fve points of time (1st, 2nd, 4th, 8th, 12th week) after skin fetching. Results Within the fve points of time (1st, 2nd, 4th, 8th, 12th week) after skin fetching, Vancouver scar scale (VSS) is zero through naked eye observation, and there is no any scar by pathologic histology observation under microscope. Conclusion It has a certain practical signifcance for clinical medicine especially for the idea of no-scar popular at present that doing the skin fetching of minimal invasive on the donor site makes the wound healing without scar.
