京津冀协同发展背景下北京老年人异地养老服务研究

Study on the Long-distance Elderly Care Services of Beijing Senior Citizens Under the Background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development

京津冀协同发展背景下,北京市老年人异地养老服务对于整合老年人的养老需求和养老机构闲置资源,缓解北京大城市人口压力具有现实意义。通过对北京老年人异地养老的现状和影响老年人异地养老意愿的研究发现,北京市老年人异地养老意愿有所增加,影响这一意愿的因素既有推动因素又有制约因素。津冀两地承接北京老年人异地养老具有成本优势、地理位置优势、政策保障优势等。进一步完善北京市老年人在津冀异地养老服务应构建区域一体化的养老服务和医疗资源体系,提供风险防范和保障,发展特色异地养老项目。

Under the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development, the long-distance elderly care services ofBeijing senior citizensis of practical significance to integrate the elderly care demand for senior citizens and idle resources ofold-age care institutions, so as to relieve the population pressure in Beijing＇s big cities.Through the research on the status quoand the influence on the willingness of the long-distance elderly care of Beijing senior citizens, it is found that thewillingness of the long-distance elderly care of Beijing senior citizens has increased. The factors that affect this willingnessinclude both impetus and constraint. It is feasible for Tianjin and Hebei to undertake the long-distance old-age care ofBeijing＇s elderly with cost advantage, geographical location advantage and policy guarantee.To improve the long-distance old-age care services for the elderly in Tianjin and Hebei, it is necessary to build a regionally integrated system of old-age careservices and medical resources, provide risk prevention and security, and develop characteristic long-distance old-age careprojects.
