价格行政执法是规范价格行为,满足民众对美好生活的需要,推动社会主义市场经济有序发展的重要保障。目前,随着执法环境的变化,基层价格行政执法面临着工作量骤然增加、执法难度不断提升、执法风险持续加大、执法压力不断增加等诸多困境。需要通过提升调解能力、规范执法行为与完善执法监督体系等措施来破解困境,进一步提升价格行政执法水平,提高民众的幸福感和获得感。

At present, with the change of lawenforcement environment, grassroots price administrative law enforcement is faced with many difficulties, such as a suddenincrease of workload, increasing difficulty of law enforcement, increasing risk of law enforcement and increasing pressure oflaw enforcement. The dilemma needs to be solved through measures such as improving mediation ability, standardizing lawenforcement behavior and improving law enforcement supervision system, so as to further enhance the level of priceadministrative law enforcement and improve people＇s happiness and sense of gain.
