摘要 为解决精车铝套管锭子铝套管外圆基准与半精车、粗车铝套管锭子外圆的基准不一致导致的杆盘组合件跳动超差、合格率低等问题,分析铝套管锭子结构、现有加工工艺及存在的问题,提出加工工艺改进方法,并设计出铝套管锭子外圆精加工专用夹具。指出:铝套管锭子外圆精加工专用夹具使杆盘组合件跳动合格率提高不小于13.5%,改进后的工艺无磨锭盘外倒角工序,既能减轻工人劳动强度又能降低生产成本。 In order to solve the problem with the spindle with finished turned cylindrical aluminum sleeve such as the benchmark different from that for the semifinished turned cylindrical product resulting in excessive beat of the spindle assembly and low percentage of qualified product.Analysis is done to the problems with the existing machinied aluminum spindle structure and process,an improvement method is put forward,and special fixture is designed for the aluminum sleeve spindle cylindrical finish machining.It is pointed out that the special fixture device for finishing the outer circle of aluminum spindle can increase the runout qualification rate of the combined parts of the blade and whirl by no less than 13.5%.The improved process is of free grinding the outside chamfering process for the spindle whirl,consequently reducing the labor intensity and production cost.
