苹果不仅营养丰富,而且具有医疗保健功能。本文综述了以苹果为原料加工成的各类食品、饮料,如苹果罐头、苹果汁、苹果酒、苹果醋等,旨在说明苹果在食品加工业中的市场前景。
The apple is rich in all kinds of nutrient elements, and it also has medical health function. The paper summarizes the apple as raw materials to process various apple manufactured foods such as canned apple, apple juice, apple wine and apple vinegar, with a view to illustrating the broad market prospect of apples in food processing applications.
