摘要
围绕高层次本科应用型人才培养目标的共性与个性特点,制订并实施具有本校特色的人才培养方案,探讨医学美容技术专业应用型本科生的培养模式,不断深化教学制度改革,建立更加有效的培养计划,培养医学美容技术专业高级应用型人才。
By focusing on the common character and specific features of training objective of high levelundergraduate applied talents, talent training program with the features of our college were drafted and implemented,the cultivation mode of the undergraduate majored in applied medical cosmetology was discussed, teaching systemreform has been deepened constantly, therefore, to establish more effective cultivation plan and cultivate seniorapplied talents majored in medical cosmetology technology.
