住院早产儿父母需求与社会支持状况调查

Study on the Social Support Conditions and the Needs of the Parents of Hospitalized Preterm Infant

目的:探讨住院早产儿父母需求与社会支持的差异,为针对患儿父亲和母亲进行个体化干预提供依据。方法:选择住院早产儿父亲和母亲各100例,采用新生儿监护室患儿家长需求量表(NI CU-FNI)调查患儿父母需求水平,通过社会支持评定量表(SSRS)调查患儿父母社会支持状况。结果:住院早产儿父亲组NI CU-FNI量表中信息需求值为(3. 71±0. 46)分,高于母亲组的(3. 49±0. 50)分,亲近需求值为(3. 52±0. 43)分,低于母亲组的(3. 67±0. 35)分;SSRS客观支持得分为(8. 5±2. 6)分,低于母亲组的(9. 6±2. 5)分,社会支持利用度得分为(8. 6±1. 9)分,高于母亲组的(8. 0±2. 1)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:住院早产儿父亲具有更为理性的问题导向特点,偏重信息需求,应加强信息支持为主的客观支持;母亲具有相对感性的情感导向特点,偏重亲近需求,应加强负性情绪的心理干预。

Objective： To provide the reference for individualized nursing intervention for the children＇s parentsby discussing the difference among social support conditions and the needs of the parents of hospitalized preterminfants. Methods： A total of 100 fathers and 100 mothers of hospitalized preterm infants were selected, and the levelsof the parents＇ needs were investigated by neonatal intensive care unit-family need inventory（NICU-FNI）, and thesocial support needs of the chidlren＇s parents were surveyed by social support revalued scale （SSRS）. Results：Information requirement score of NICU-FNI in father group was（3.71±0.46） points, higher than（3.49±0.50） points ofmother group, propinquity requirement score was （3.52±0.43） points, lower than （3.67±0.35） points of the mothergroup, objective support score of SSRS was （8.5±2.6） points, lower than（9.6±2.5） of the mother group, social supportutilization score was （8.6±1.9） points, higher than （8.0±2.1） points of the mother group, and the difference had statisticalmeaning（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The father of hospitalized preterm infants has more rational problem-orientedfeature, and has a bias towards information requirement, we should enhance information support mainly; the motherpossesses relatively sensitive emotion-oriented feature, and has a bias towards propinquity requirement, we shouldstrengthen psychological interventions of negative emotions.
