穴位按压配合中药足浴对心脾两虚证不寐患者睡眠状况的影响

Effects of Acupoint Pressure and Herbal Lavipeditum on Sleep Conditions of the Patients with Insomnia of Heart-spleen Dual Deficiency Pattern

目的:探讨穴位按压配合中药足浴对心脾两虚证不寐患者睡眠状况的影响。方法:将心脾两虚证不寐患者36例按入院时间分为干预组与对照组各18例,对照组予常规治疗、健康教育、中药足浴,干预组在对照组基础上按压神门、三阴交、心俞、脾俞、足三里,干预4周后对比2组患者睡眠质量指数情况。结果:干预组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=32. 863,P=0. 000)。结论:穴位按压配合中药足浴可改善心脾两虚证不寐患者的睡眠状况。

Objective： To survey the effects of acupoint pressure and herbal lavipeditum on sleep conditions ofthe patients with insomnia of heart-spleen dual deficiency pattern. Methods： All 36 patients were separated into theintervention group and the control group by admission time, the control group accepted conventional therapy, healtheducation and herbal lavipeditum, while the intervention group accepted the pressure on the acupoints whichcontained Shenmen （HT7）, Sanyinjiao （SP06）, Xinshu （BL15）, Pishu （BL20） and Zusanli （ST36）, clinical effects andthe indexes of sleep quality of the patients in both groups were compared after they were intervened for four weeks.Results： The intervention group was better than the control group in Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI）, and thedifference showed statistical meaning（ x^2=32.863, P=0.000）. Conclusion： Acupoint pressure and herbal lavipeditumcould improve sleep conditions of the patients with insomnia of heart-spleen dual deficiency pattern.
