交替使用留置针配合薄型泡沫敷料贴敷预防可达龙所致静脉炎的效果观察

Clinical Observation on Alternate Use of Venous Indwelling Needle and Thin Foam Dressing Sticking in the Prevention for Amiodaronum-induced Phlebitis

目的:探讨交替使用静脉留置针配合薄型泡沫敷料局部敷贴对预防可达龙静脉泵入所致静脉炎的作用。方法:将心律失常同时静脉泵入可达龙患者80例随机分为对照组和试验组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在常规护理的基础上给予2组留置针,12小时更换交替使用,并在穿刺点上方沿静脉走形给予爱立敷薄型敷料贴敷。观察患者静脉泵入可达龙后静脉炎的发生率,发生程度及发生时间。结果:试验组患者静脉炎的发生率为37. 5%、发生程度为Ⅱ级以上静脉炎的发生率为2. 5%,均低于对照组的70%及32. 5%;静脉炎发生时间试验组为(20. 1±2. 8) h,较对照组(18. 9±2. 2) h推后,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:2组静脉留置针交替使用配合穿刺上方薄型泡沫敷料贴敷可降低静脉泵入可达龙所致静脉炎的发生率和发生程度,推后发生时间。

Objective： To discuss the effects of alternate use of venous indwelling needle combined with thinfoam dressing sticking in the prevention for amiodaronum-induced phlebitis. Methods： Eighty patients with arhythmiawho accepted venous pumping into amiodaronum were randomized into the control group and the test group, 40 caseseach group. The control group accepted conventional nursing, while the test group were given venous indwellingneedles based on conventional care, alternate use every 12 hours, sticking thin foam dressing to the skin above thepuncture point along the shape of the vein. The incidence, the degrees and the occurrence time of phlebitis aftervenous pumping into amiodaronum were observed in both groups. Results： The incidence of phlebitis of the testgroup was 37.5%, the incidence of phlebitis above grade Ⅱ was 2.5%, lower than 70% and 32.5% of the controlgroup, the occurrence time of phlebitis was （20.1±2.8）h, which was delayed compared with （18.9±2.2）h of the controlgroup, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Alternate use of venous indwellingneedle combined with thin foam dressing sticking could lower the incidence and the degrees of amiodaronum-in-duced phlebitis, delay its occurence time.
