茄子对褐纹病的抗性及其生理响应 被引量:2

Resistance and physiological responses of two eggplant varieties to Phomopsis vexans

摘要 褐纹病是茄子生产和留种过程中的一种严重病害,从田间疑似病果中分离纯化微生物,对其进行鉴定;然后将纯化后的病原菌回接到‘黑贵长茄’和‘长丰二号’2个材料中,测定叶片和果实的发病率并计算其病情指数,以及叶片内5种防御酶活性和丙二醛含量在接种后8 d内的变化规律。结果表明,疑似病果中分离纯化的微生物为褐纹病病原菌茄褐纹拟茎点霉;在‘黑贵长茄’和‘长丰二号’2个品种中,‘黑贵长茄’为易感病材料,‘长丰二号’为抗病材料,‘黑贵长茄’在苗期和果实上发病率及病情指数均显著高于‘长丰二号’;和‘黑贵长茄’相比,‘长丰二号’的防御酶系统基础活性较高,且对病原菌的响应更加敏感。研究结果初步揭示了不同茄子材料对褐纹病的生理响应,可为茄子抗褐纹病育种工作提供理论依据。 Phomopsis blight of eggplant is one of serious disease which affecting the eggplant and seed production, but the physiologic al response mechanisms of eggplant to this disease remians unclear so far. Here, the microorganism from suspected disease fruits in field were isolated, purified and identified. Then the purified pathogenic fungi were inoculated back to two eggplant varieties, 'Changfeng No. 2' and 'Heigui'. The disease incidence, severity index of leaves and fruits, five kinds of defensive enzymes' activities and MDA contents on 8 days after the inoculation were determined. The results indicated thatPhomopsis vexans was isolated and purified from the suspected disease fruit. Between the two varieties, 'Hei gui' is susceptible while ' Changfeng No. 2' resistant to Phomopsis vexan. Compared to ' Heigui', ' Changfeng No. 2' has a higher basic defensive enzyme system activity and more sensitive to the pathogenic fungi. The acquired information reveals the physiological response mechanism of eggplant to the Phomopsis vexans preliminary, and may help to provide theoretical basis for the breeding work of eggplant resistant to Phomopsis vexans.
