5%氨基寡糖素水剂对西瓜幼苗生长的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为了培育优质健壮的西瓜商品苗,促进北京都市农业和西甜瓜集约化育苗产业的发展,开展不同5%氨基寡糖素水剂处理(30、20、10 mL,分别对水15 kg)对西瓜幼苗生长影响的研究。结果表明,10 mL对水15 kg处理下的西瓜幼苗的根冠比、根长、最大叶面积以及接穗高度平均值达到最高,分别为0.123、249.78 mm、50.0 cm2与160.06 mm。综合各项指标,5%氨基寡糖素水剂10 mL对水15 kg的处理表现较好,有利于育苗期间幼苗生长以及定植移栽后顺利缓苗,可推荐育苗户使用。 In order to cultivate high-quality watermelon seedlings and promote the development of Beijing urban agriculture and the intensive seedling industry. The effect of different concentrations of amino oligosaccharide water agent on the growth of watermelon seedlings were studied in this research. The results indicated that the average values of root-shoot ratio, root length, maximum leaf area and scion height of 10 mL·15 kg1 agents reached the maximum size which were respectively 0.123, 249.78 mm, 50.0 cm2 and 160.06 mm. After comprehensive analysis of various indicators, the treatment of 10 mL·15 kg-1 agent showed the best performance that was beneficial for seedling growth during the seedling period and seedling recovering after transplanting. Therefore this concentration could be recommended to farmers.
