脑瘫中医古代文献溯源

Study on the source of ancient Chinese literature about cerebral palsy

中医古代文献中无"脑瘫"之病名,根据其临床主要表现可在"五迟"、"五软"、"胎怯"等范畴中找到相关内容的描述,但不能认为直接等同对应。本文对先秦时期到清代中医主要儿科书籍的整理,结合脑瘫临床诊断标准,认为脑瘫以五迟、五软复合命名较为贴切,其常因先天不足,外感邪毒、药石所伤、七情内伤所致。病位在肾,与肝、脾、心相关,以虚证居多,治宜补肾健脾。

There is no “cerebral palsy” in Traditional Chinese Medicine. According to its main clinical manifestations, that can be found in the category of “five kinds of retardation”, “five weaknesses” and “fetal timidity”, but it can not be considered as a direct equivalent. This paper sorted out and selected from the main books of Pediatrics of Chinese medicine in the period of the Qin Dynasty to the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and combined with the clinical diagnosis standard of cerebral palsy. We considered cerebral palsy is more appropriate with five kinds of retardation with five weaknesses, Congenitally deficient, exogenous pathogenic toxin, medicine toxicity and motional injury were its etiology in TCM. The location of the disease was in the kidney, and related to liver, spleen and heart. The majority pathology was deficien syndrome, the treatment was tonifying kidney and spleen.
