摘要
目的:观察麝香保心丸对代谢综合征(MS)大鼠血清炎症因子IL-6和CRP的影响。方法:用高果糖饮食饲养SD大鼠建立代谢综合征大鼠模型,成功后大鼠随机分模型对照组和麝香保心丸观察组,采用放射免疫法检测大鼠血清MCP-1和CRP含量。结果:高果糖饮食可成功诱导高血压、高甘油三酯血症和高血糖等特征的代谢综合征模型,与正常对照组相比,模型对照组血清MCP-1和CRP含量明显升高(P <0. 01)。用麝香保心丸干预后,大鼠血清MCP-1和CRP含量有所下降(P <0. 01)。结论:麝香保心丸可抑制代谢综合征引起的炎症因子表达。
Objectives To investigate the effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill(SXBXP) on inflammatory factor MCP-1 and CRP in metabolic syndrome(MS) model rats. Methods MS model of rats were induced by high fructose diet, then they were randomly divided into MS group and MS plus SXBXP group. The serum of MCP-1 and CRP contents were detected by radioimmunossay. Results The MS model of rats were induced by high fructose diet successfully. The serum of MCP-1 and CRP content on MS group were increased significantly than those in the control group ( P 〈0.01). In addition, the serum of MCP-1 and CRP content were decreased with SXBXP diet. Conclusion SXBXP could significantly inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors TNF-α and CRP on MS model rats.
