闽产厚朴的枝皮与干皮的生药鉴定

The pharmacognosy identification of branch and tree bark of Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils produced in Fujian

目的:为了正确鉴别闽产厚朴,对其枝皮和干皮进行一系列的生药学鉴定观察研究。方法:采用组织切片和粉末制片的方法对其进行性状鉴别和显微鉴别。结果:厚朴的枝皮薄,单筒状,干皮呈卷筒状或双卷筒状,稍厚;枝皮皮层油细胞少见,干皮皮层散有多数油细胞和石细胞群;干皮粉末油细胞较多,可以很好的鉴别厚朴的枝皮和干皮。结论:通过对闽产厚朴的枝皮和干皮进行性状鉴别和显微鉴别,为道地药材的准确鉴定提供参考,也为后期开展相关的研究以及开发利用提供参考。

objective In order to correctly identify and utilize Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wilsin Fujian Province, a series of Pharmacognosy studies on its branch and tree bark were carried out. Methods Histological identification and microscopic identification were carried out by means of tissue sections and powder preparation. Results The branch bark of M. officinalis was thin, single tube like, and tree barkwas reel shaped or double reel shaped, slightly thicker. The oil cells in the cortex of the branch bark were rare, but the cortex of the tree bark was scattered with most oil cells and stone cells. The tree bark powder has many oil cells, which can distinguish thebranch and tree bark of M. officinalis well. Conclusion Through the characters and microscopic identification of the branch and dry skin of M. officinalis, it provided a reference for the accurate identification of authentic medicinal materials, and provided a reference for the later development of related research and the future development.
