摘要
在全球系统生物学的背景下,肠道菌群已经成为生命科学的一个热点话题。肠道菌群与人体健康状况关系密切,中药具有调节肠道菌群结构,保护肠黏膜屏障,肠道菌群代谢转化中药有效成分,使其更易被机体吸收,还有增强药效、减毒或者增毒的作用。以肠道菌群为靶点的多组学技术有助于进一步阐明中药及中药复方发挥药效的作用物质基础及作用的分子机制,从而实现中药的现代化。
In the context of global system biology ,the intestinal symbiotic flora has been one of the hot topics in the life science ,which is closely associated with the occurrence and development of human body health. Traditional Chinese medicines(TCM) can regulate the composition of the intestinal flora and protect the function of intestinal mucosal barrier to restore the homeostasis of intestinal microecology. Meanwhile,human intestinal bacteria metabolized or biotransformed effective compositions of TCM,which metabolites can be absorbed more easily,and can be even decreased or increased toxicity and then exhibit significant different biological effects. The integrative omics approaches which focus on intestinal flora has helped to illustrated the molecular mechanism of TCM and also makes a future prospect for the modernization of TCM.
