桥本方治疗气阴两虚型桥本甲状腺炎35例临床观察

Clinical Efficacy of Qiao-ben Fang in the Treatment of 35 Hashimoto Thyroiditis of Qi-Yin deficiency

目的:观察桥本方对桥本甲状腺炎的治疗作用及机制。方法:将70例明确诊断的气阴两虚型桥本甲状腺炎患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各35例,对照组予富硒康胶囊口服治疗,治疗组服用桥本方治疗。治疗6个月后,观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后相关实验室指标(FT3、FT4、TSH、TG-Ab、TPO-Ab、IL-6、TGF-β)的变化及不良反应情况。结果:治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗组及对照组TPO-Ab、TG-Ab水平均有降低,治疗组较对照组降低明显(P <0. 05);治疗组及对照组IL-6水平均下降,两组对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗组及对照组TGF-β水平均上升,治疗组较对照组上升显著(P <0. 05)。结论:中药复方桥本方与富硒康胶囊相比,对桥本甲状腺炎患者有更好的疗效,其作用机制可能与其调节T细胞的功能以及相关细胞因子的表达有关。

Objective To observe the clinical effects and to explore the immunological mechanisms of Qiao-ben fang. Methods Select 70 Hashimoto s thyroiditis s patients whose thyroid function is normal and TCM syndrome is deficiency of Qi and Yin,randomly divided them into treatment group of using Qiao-ben fang and control group of using Fu xi kang, with 35 cases in each group. After 6 months treatment, observe the clinical efficacy, the changes of FT3,FT4,TSH,Tg-Ab,TPO-Ab,IL-6,TGF-β and the adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group （P＜0.05）. Both the treatment group and the control group can reduce the titer of TPO-Ab and TG-Ab, and the effect of the treatment group is better than the control group（P＜0.05）; both the two groups can reduce the titer of IL-6 ,but there is no statistical significance of the comparison between the two groups（P＜0.05）;both the two groups can increase the level of TGF-β, and the effect of the treatment group is much better than the control group. Conclusion Compared with Fuxikang capsule, Qiao-ben fang has better curative effect on Hashimoto thyroiditis patients, whose mechanisms may be related to the regulating of T-cells and the expression of related cytokines.
