中医经典名方导入法在《中医内科学》教学中的实践与分析 被引量:1

摘要 为观察中医经典名方导入法在《中医内科学》教学中的应用效果,在山东中医药大学选取2013级中西医临床医学和中医学八年制各两个班共计209名学生,组成实验组和对照组,由同一教师团队分别采取中医经典名方导入法教学模式和传统教学法。分别在实验对比教学结束后一学年的时间,对两个组进行期末考试成绩、各班级授课教师组的平均学生评教成绩和学生在各级别刊物上以第一作者发表论文篇数的统计。经统计学分析,试验班在总分、客观题、论述题、病案题及教师评教成绩和发表论文篇数方面均优于对照班,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。得出应用中医经典名方导入法教学可以加强学生对《中医内科学》理论内容的理解,提高学生对中医典籍的兴趣,有效培养其中医临证思维和科研思维能力,同时也有效提升《中医内科学》教师备课质量和学生对教师的认可度。 In order to observe the effect of the introduction of classical prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the teaching of “Internal Medicine of TCM”, 209 students from two classes of Chinese and Western medicine (grade 2013) and eight-year system of TCM were selected in Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Shandong University of TCM). Traditional teaching method. At the end of one school year after the experiment, the final examination results of the two groups, the average student evaluation results of each class teaching group and the number of papers published by the first author in various publications were analyzed. Statistical analysis shows that the experimental class is superior to the control class in total score, objective questions, exposition questions, medical record questions, teachers teaching evaluation results and the number of papers published. The difference was significant ( P 〈0.01). It is concluded that the application of TCM classical prescription introduction method can strengthen students understanding of the theoretical content of TCM Internal Medicine, enhance students interest in TCM classics, effectively cultivate their thinking ability of clinical symptoms and scientific research, and effectively improve the quality of lesson preparation and students recognition.
