Innovation in Social Work Methods and the Pursuit of Precision in Poverty Alleviation and Entrepreneurship Model: An Empirical Study over Countryside Poverty Relief and Startups

摘要当前,中国乃至全球范围推行的"增能型"扶贫创业模式存在着无法精准的困境,其根源在于贫困文化的挟持和社会排斥的阻碍。通过创新社会工作方法,将社会工作方法融入具体的生产、经营和管理活动中,能够对贫困者进行有效的惯习矫正与能力训练,消除贫困文化对贫困者的挟持,以及社会排斥对贫困者的阻碍。既从资源层面对贫困者进行扶持,又立足管理层面解决贫困文化和社会排斥的不利影响,对扶贫创业模式从"单项增能型"到"双向协作型"的转变进行实地试验,对当前扶贫创业的精准模式探索无疑具有积极意义。
