基于长尾理论的档案信息服务研究

Research on Archival Information Service based on Long Tail Theory

网络环境下,档案领域存在着一些长尾现象,长尾理论对档案信息服务具有重要的指导作用。论文从长尾理论的内涵出发,认为数字档案馆建设、互联网普及和用户个性化信息需求增长是影响档案信息利用尾部需求的三大因素,并且从档案馆馆藏资源长尾、档案信息用户长尾、档案利用需求长尾三个方面,阐述了档案信息服务中的长尾现象。同时,论文试图从挖掘馆藏信息资源长尾、聚合档案信息用户需求、提升"尾部"档案利用效率三个方面探讨基于长尾理论的档案信息服务策略,旨在提高和深化档案信息服务。

In the network environment, there are some long tail phenomena in the archives field, and the long tail theory has an important guiding role for archive information services. Starting from the connotation of the long tail theory, this paper considers that the construction of digital archives, the popularization of the Iuternet and the growth of users Jpersonalized information demand are the three major factors affecting the tail demand of archives information utilization. And the article elaborates on the long tail phenomenon in the archives information service from three aspects： the long tail of the archives collection resources, the long tail of the archive information users, and the long tail of the archives utilization requirements. Meanwhile, this paper attempts to explore the archival information service strategy based on the long tail theory from the aspects of digging the long tail of the collection information resources, the user demand of the aggregate archive information, and improving the utilization efficiency of the ＂tail＂ file, aiming to improve and deepen the archive information service.
