硫辛酸治疗对脑梗死患者抗氧化能力及炎症因子的影响 被引量:5

Effects of lipoic acid on antioxidant capacity and inflammatory factors in patients with cerebral infarction

摘要 目的:探讨硫辛酸治疗脑梗死患者以及对其临床疗效、抗氧化能力及炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取2014年9月-2017年9月某院收治的124例脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各62例,其中对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用硫辛酸治疗,比较分析两组的临床疗效、抗氧化能力及炎症因子水平。结果:治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前抗氧化指标及炎症因子水平差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗后观察组抗氧化指标T-AOC、SOD水平显著高于对照组,MDA水平明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后观察组炎性因子水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硫辛酸治疗脑梗死患者,可增强患者抗氧化活性、降低炎症反应、改善临床疗效,临床上具有推广意义。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of lipoic acid in the treatment of cerebral infarction on its antioxidant capacity and the levels of inflammatory factors.METHODS Totally 124 cases of cerebral infarction were selected from September2014 to September 2017 in our hospital,randomly divided into control group and observation group with 62 cases in each group.Patients were treated with conventional treatment in the control group,with thioctanoic acid in the observation group based on therapy of the control group.The clinical effect,antioxidant capacity and the levels of inflammatory factors were compared and analyzed between the two groups.RESULTS After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the total clinical effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05).The levels of antioxidant index and inflammatory factor had no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P〉0.05).After treatment,the levels of T-AOC and SOD in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the MDA level was significantly lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory factor levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION The treatment of cerebral infarction by lipoic acid can enhance its antioxidant activity,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and improve the clinical efficacy,and it is of great significance in clinical practice.
