主题公园集聚与城市旅游地增长互动融合研究

INTERACTIVE FUSION OF THEME PARKS AND URBAN TOURISM AREAS

主题公园与特色街区、会展已然成为城市旅游活动的主要空间载体。旅游活动在主题公园集聚区的集聚与扩散,对城市旅游地增长产生了深刻影响。结合对芜湖方特旅游区的实地调研,提出在主题公园集聚经济驱动下,城市旅游地遵循"主题公园集聚——空间优化拓展——产业升级——功能强化——旅游地增长"的增长路径,其中产业升级引起的产业结构优化是城市旅游地增长的根本动力。并指出主题公园集聚驱动的城市旅游地增长本质上是主题公园集聚带来的技术创新、制度创新和偏好变化共同作用的结果。

The theme parks, feature neighborhoods and exhibitions have become the main space carriers for urban tourism ac- tivities. The gathering and proliferation of tourism activities in the theme park agglomeration area has had a profound impact on the growth of urban tourism areas. Based on the field survey of the Fangte Tourism Area in Wuhu, it is found that in the theme park agglomeration economy, urban tourism areas follow the growth path of ＂Theme park agglomeration-Space optimization and expansion-Industrial upgrading-Function enhancement-Tourism areas growth＂. The optimization of industrial structure caused by industrial upgrading is the fundamental driving force for the growth of urban tourism areas. It is pointed out that the growth of urban tourism areas driven by theme park agglomeration is essentially the result of the combined effects of technological in- novation, institutional innovation and preference changes brought about by theme park agglomeration.
