摘要
中性点接地方式对配电网供电可靠性具有决定性的影响,然而传统的中性点接地方式对电网可靠性影响的研究均建立在停电次数和停电时间等指标基础上,缺乏对配电网拓扑结构因素考虑,针对此问题,根据复杂网络理论中的最短路径统计特性,对中性点接地方式对配电网的支路阻抗以及负荷分布等指标影响进行分析;并基于此指标,构建了配电网可靠性评价体系,根据此体系,利用现场数据,得到了不同中性点接地方式下的可靠性影响,为中性点接地方式的选择优化配电网络提供了有效的参考。
Neutral point grounding mode has a decisive influence on the reliability of distribution network power supply. However, the study of the influence of the traditional neutral point grounding mode on the reliability of the power grid is based on the indexes such as the number of blackouts and the time of power failure, which lacks the consideration of the topology of distribution network. Based on the shortest path statistical characteristics in complex network theory, this paper analyzes the influence of the neutral point grounding mode on the branch impedance and the load distribution of the distribution network, and the reliability evaluation system of distribution network is constructed. On the basis of this system, the reliability of the neutral point grounding mode is obtained by using the field data, which provides an effective reference for the selection and optimization of the neutral point grounding mode.
