摘要
蓄电池最优充电的关键问题就是电池模型建立和充电电流的控制。文章根据储能铅酸蓄电池特性,采用脉冲电流放电法,建立了电池模型并对模型参数进行了拟合;同时针对传统储能铅酸蓄电池分阶段充电单-双闭环PI控制方法中启动电流超调量大、调节时间长,动态切换过程中电流跟踪速度慢、出现断续的情况,提出了一种基于电流预测控制的蓄电池充电控制方法。文中将电流预测控制应用到传统单-双闭环PI控制系统中,用电流预测控制器来取代传统单-双闭环PI控制器中的电流环,使充电器输出电流在下一周期快速达到给定值,实现无差拍跟踪,达到最优控制目标。最后仿真结果和实验结果都证明了该方法的正确性与可行性。
The key problem of battery optimal charging is battery model building and charging current control. According to the characteristics of lead-acid battery, the battery model is established by pulse current discharge method, and the model parameters are fitted. In view of charging the lead-acid battery single-double loop PI control method of starting current large overshoot and long adjust time of traditional storage, dynamic process of switching current tracking speed, interruption of the situation, a predictive current control method is proposed based on the battery charging control. The method of current predictive control is applied to the traditional single-double loop PI control system, and the current predictive controller is used to replace the traditional single-current loop double loop PI controller, the charger output current quickly reaches a given value in the next cycle to achieve deadbeat, so as to achieve the optimal control objectives. Finally, the simulation results and experimental results prove the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method.
