“双一流”背景下高等教育与经济协调发展时空分异研究

On Temporal and Spatial Differentiation of Higher Education and Economic Development Under Background of “Double First-Class”

"双一流"背景下高等教育与经济发展相辅相成,推动我国不断向高等教育强国迈进。采用协调度模型、ESDA方法和灰色关联度法,研究"双一流"背景下中国31个省市2011-2016年高等教育与经济发展时空分异规律及其影响因素。结果显示:第一,我国高等教育与经济协调发展水平不高且空间分布差异明显,但整体呈上升趋势;第二,人才汇聚、教育治理和国际化等因素对二者协调发展具有重大影响;第三,提出加强高等教育与经济协调发展的政策建议。

Under the background of ＂Double First - Class＂, higher education and economic development complement each other and promote China＇ s continuous advancement of higher education. The coordination degree model, ESDA method and grey correlation degree method are used to study the temporal and spatial differentiation of higher education and economic development in 31 provinces and cities in China under the background of ＂double first class＂ and its important influencing factors. The results show that： first, China＇ s higher education and economic development coordination level is not high and the spatial distribution is obviously different, but the overall trend is rising. Second, factors such as talent pooling, education governance and internationalization have a major impact on the coordinated development of higher education and economy. Finally, it proposes policy recommendations to strengthen the coordinated development of higher education and economy.
