关于大学生工匠精神培育的思考

On Craftsmanship Spirit Cultivation of College Students

随着时代的发展工匠精神形成自身独特的时代特点和价值追求,在新时代背景下,迫切需要工匠精神的复归。大学生作为"两个一百年"奋斗目标的主力军,尤其需要加强培育工匠精神、树立端正的劳动态度、养成强烈的劳动认同感、培养突出的劳动能力。大学生工匠精神培育亟待解决价值立场模糊、目标指向失准、基本内容不当等问题,同时高校应以立德树人为中心,坚持价值引领,将工匠精神贯穿立德树人的全过程;弘扬工匠文化,将工匠精神融入校园文化建设的大系统;打造实践平台,将工匠精神纳入创新驱动发展战略的大工程。

With the development of the era,craftsmanship spirit has formed its own unique characteristics and value pursuit. The need of return to craftsman’s spirit could be really urgent under the background of new era. As the main force of "two 100-year goals",college students especially need to strengthen the craftsman spiritual cultivation,establish correct attitude to labour,develop strong sense of labor identity,and cultivate outstanding labor capacity. College students’ craftsmanship spirit need to urgently address some problems such as fuzzy value standpoint,improper target and basic content. At the same time,colleges and universities should be centered on strengthening moral education and cultivating people,adhere to the value guidance,make the spirit throughout the whole process of cultivating moral characters. Carry forward the culture of craftsman and integrate the spirit of craftsman into the big system of campus culture construction. Build a practical platform and integrate the craftsman spirit into the big project of innovation-driven development strategy.
