摘要
文章以我国"双一流"大学的6个学术团队参与产学研合作案例为研究样本,来探究它们的产学研合作网络、组织学习与知识创新之间影响机理,推断出它们之间存在两条影响路径:一是产学研合作网络首先正向影响开发性学习的开展,紧接着开发性学习再以倒"U"形方式影响知识创新的实现;二是产学研合作网络首先以倒"U"形方式影响探索性学习的开展,紧接着探索性学习正向影响知识创新的实现。这两条影响路径均导致"产学研合作网络—知识创新"之间呈现出一种倒"U"形影响关系。
Based on the multi -cases study of IUR collaborations of six academic teams from "double first -class" universities, this paper attempts to reveal the influence mechanism among IUR collaboration network, organization learning and knowledge innovation, and make a reasonable inference that there are two influence paths among them. More specifically, the IUR collaboration network exerts a linear influence on the exploitative learning, and then the exploitative learning affects the knowledge innovation of academic teams in an inverted U - shaped way; the other path : the IUR collaboration network affects the exploratory learning in an inverted U - shaped way, and then the exploratory learning further exerts a linear influence on the knowledge innovation of academic teams. These two influence paths lead to an inverted U -shaped effect that the IUR collaboration network demonstrates on the knowledge innovation of academic teams.
