摘要
由"制造大国"向"制造强国"转变,人才是最根本的要素。"中国制造2025"规划的实施,迫切需要我国地方应用型高校积极拓展产教融合、校企合作新路径,探索人才培养新模式;迫切需要我们放眼国际,汲取世界高等教育的成功经验。美国高校的合作教育组织体制,以及其合作教育的准入机制、项目选择机制、审核机制、学籍异动机制、项目实施机制、考评机制和退出机制等给予我们诸多启迪,很值得我国地方应用型高校学习和借鉴。
Talents are the most important factor in the shift from a big manufacturing country to a powerful one. Under "Made in China 2025" ,it is urgently necessary that applied universities expand the new path of school - enterprise cooperation and explore the new code of talent education. Moreover, it urgently needs us to overlook the whole world, to learn from the successful experience of higher education all over the world. The organizational mechanism and operational mechanism of co - operational education in American universities give us enlightenment, including access mechanism, project selection mechanism, audit mechanism, student status change mechanism, project implementation mechanism, evaluation mechanism and exit mechanism. It is worthwhile for applied universities to learn and consult.
