摘要
国际化背景下中国成人教育学科建设面临巨大的机遇与挑战,国际化的社会背景推动成人教育的改革和创新,国外的学科建设经验为我国成人教育提供了借鉴,国际化的社会背景为我国成人教育学科建设提供新的思路。同时,我国成人教育学科建设理论和实践研究薄弱,国别特色不明显,易被发达国家融合,学科体系结构薄弱,研究方法滞后。因此,我国成人教育在进行学科建设时,要开展深入的理论研究,彰显"成人"特质,完善研究方法。
Under the background of internationalization, the discipline construction of China' s adult education is facing great opportunities and challenges. The social background of internationalization has promoted the reform and innovation of adult education. The experience of discipline construction abroad provides a reference for China' s adult education and the social background of internationalization provides a new train of thought for the discipline construction of adult education in China. At the same time, there are some weak points in the theory and practice of adult education discipline construction in China. Such as the national characteristics are not obvious, easy to be integrated by the western countries, weak discipline structure, lagging research methods. Therefore, adult education in China should carry out in - depth theoretical research when carrying out disciplinary construction to highlight the characteristics of "adult" and improve research methods.
