摘要
案例教学适应了我国高等教育转型的要求,但还不成熟,关键问题在于高校教师的讲授角色错位,其本质在于教师将案例教学等同于举例教学,其原因在于教师思想上认识不到位和学校制度激励的不到位,因此,要解决该问题,就应该从思想和制度上采取措施解决教师在自身的课堂地位、教学内容、备课、讲课和课程总结过程中的错位问题。
Case teaching meets the need of the requirement of Chinese higher education transformation. Case teaching is developing,bud is not mature. The key problem it faces is the role dislocation of teachers who equates case teaching with example teaching. The reason is that teachers do not know well about the case teaching and that incentive system in universities does not work well. So we should take measures to solve the role dislocation of teachers in their class status, content of courses, lessons preparation, lectures and lesson summaries.
