摘要
利用AHP法分析影响辅导员说服性思想政治教育有效性的因素,实现定性化问题的量化处理。从辅导员特征、教育内容、交谈过程以及学生的卷入程度等四个维度归纳了12个影响要素。通过构建层次分析模型、构造比较矩阵,量化分析各影响因子的权重,为提升辅导员的思想政治教育效果提供了客观有效的数据支撑。
The AHP method is used to analyze the factors affecting the effectiveness of counselor' s persuasive ideological and political education, and to achieve quantitative treatment of qualitative problems. Twelve influential factors are summarized from four di mensions: counselors' characteristics, educational content, conversation process and students' involvement. By constructing the hierarchical analysis model and the comparison matrix, the weight of each impact factor is quantitatively analyzed, which provides objective and effective data support for improving the ideological and political education effect of counselors.
