新工科视域下的高等教育课程教学质量提升研究 被引量:41

摘要 当前世界范围内新一轮科技革命和产业变革正在加速进行,我国提出"新工科"建设行动路线,高等教育发展步入新阶段。传统的高等教育课程教学质量水平已不适应发展形势,亟须改革。文章通过对新工科时代高等教育课程教学质量提升意义和传统课程教学质量存在问题的分析,提出革新人才培养理念、教学理念、推进课程改革、加强教师队伍建设、"五维度、五闭环"的评价和持续改进方法等途径提升教学质量,体现了新工科视域下课程教学质量提升以及持续改进的内涵。 Nowadays, a new round of the scientific and technological revolution and the industrial revolution is accelerating in the world. China has propounded an action route of constructing the Emerging Engineering Education. The development of higher education has entered a new stage. The teaching quality of traditional higher education can' t adapt to the development situation. It' s undoubtedly in urgent need to be reformed. This paper has analyzed two problems. One of them is the significance to improve the teaching quality of higher education in the era of emerging engineering. And the other is the disadvantages existing in the teaching quality of traditional courses. Then we propose some approaches based on the analysis to advance the teaching quality, such as innovating the education concept and the talent cultivation concept, boosting the curriculum reform, enhancing the construction of teacher team and the evaluation of the "five dimensions, five closed - loops" and constantly improving method, etc. This expresses the meaning of enhancing the teaching quality of higher education under the emerging engineering horizont and constantly improving.
