目的:分析比较不同地区预防接种异常反应补偿的做法。方法:规范比较和预防接种异常反应补偿数据比较。结果:不同地区实施不同的预防接种异常反映的补偿标准,引起了人们的质疑。在全国统一实行预防接种制度的前提下建立预防接种异常反应统一补偿制度有必要及可行性。结论:应建立全国统一的预防接种异常反映补偿制度,以保护接种者的权益和维护预防接种工作秩序。

Objective： To analyze and compare the compensation methods for abnormal response of vaccination in different regions. Methods： Standard comparison and comparison method of compensation data for abnormal reaction of vaccination were adopted. Results： The application of different compensation standards for abnormal response to vaccination in different regions has raised issues. It was necessary and feasible to establish a unified compensation system for abnormal reaction of vaccination under the premise of unified vaccination system throughout the country. Conclusion： A unified nationwide compensation system for abnormal response to vaccination shall be established to safeguard the rights and interests of the inoculants and to maintain the order of vaccination.
