This paper expounded the influences of Taoism on the construction of the theory system of Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor（《黄帝内经》） from 4 aspects of ontology,generative theory,movement theory and epistemology.Taoist thought is the backbone and core of the theoretical system of Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor,which plays an important role in the construction of the theory system of Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor. To fully and correctly understand the essence of the Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor,which is the classical theory of TCM,it is inseparable from the learning and comprehending of Taoist thought and culture. Under the background of Taoism,the theoretical origin of the examination of the Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor is of great significance for re-recognizing and reflecting on the traditional Chinese medicine theory of Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor.
