摘要
为了给地方林业生态建设提供及时准确的数据支撑,推进林业的可持续发展,在国家林业局的有力指导和严密部署下,内蒙古在首批试点旗县基础上,运用遥感影像判读技术,于2016年对2011年林地"一张图"中地类、林地范围、管理属性因子等有变化的图斑进行区划、变更,最终形成内蒙古本期林地数据库和林地变化数据库,更新全区林地"一张图";从2017年开始,在林地变更成果基础上,逐年实行年度变更。文章阐述了内蒙古林地变更工作的历史背景、工作目的、技术路线及现实意义。
To provide local forestry ecological construction with timely and accurate data support and promote the sustainable development of forestry, under the strong guidance and strict deployment of State Forestry Bureau and on the basis of the first batch of pilot banners and counties, in 2016 the technology of remote sensing image interpretation was adopted for the district division and modification of pattern spats with changes of land types, forest area or management attribute factors in "one map" of the forest land of 2011. The forestland database and the forestland change database of Inner Mongolia for 2016 were finally established. From 2017, annual changes will be implemented year by year on the basis of forestland change results. This paper expounded the historical background, purpose, technical route and practical significance of forestland alteration work in Inner Mongolia.
