摘要 北京地铁盾构施工环境和地质条件复杂,施工存在大量风险。在总结以往北京地铁盾构施工经验教训的基础上,分析提出北京地铁盾构施工主要存在盾构选型,盾构设备故障,始发、到达施工,掘进偏离设计轴线,盾构操作,管片错台、破损等5种风险。结合相关案例,对事故发生的原因及带来的不良后果进行分析,得出盾构设备,盾构始发、到达,施工过程控制,施工质量等为北京地铁盾构施工的主要风险因素,并针对主要风险因素提出北京地铁盾构施工风险控制技术措施。 Due to the complexities of environment and geological conditions in Beijing metro construction,there are a lot of risks in the construction. Based on the statistics of the practices in shield tunneling in Beijing metro,the main risks of shield construction in Beijing area are as the follows: risk of shield type selection; risk of shield equipment; risk of shield launching and arriving; risk of shield setting; risk of shield operation; risk of segment dislocation and breakage. According to the shield construction risks and in view of the entire processes of shield construction,the paper puts forward risk control techniques in shield type selection and adaptability evaluation,assembly and acceptance of shield,construction control during tunneling,control of shield construction parameters and control of shield construction quality.
